The great Chilean poet Pablo Neruda, victim of an unjust exile caused by a ruthless dictatorship, travels through Europe and Latin America. A citizen of the world, Neruda is considered the poet of love, but not only. His verses were also a strong cry for freedom and universal brotherhood, above nationalist or racial barriers.
The plot emerges through a succession of poems, music, singing and a dance the poest most loved.. Tango.
Witty, funny, moving, romantic and daring, this play is heartfelt homage to the ‘ greatest poet of the 20th century’… A creative and bold fusion of poetry, music and dance…
Directed by internationally acclaimed director Gerardo Placido and performed by an international cast hailing from Spain, Italy, Argentina and Croatia.
